Kimberly Ann Gay, 55, born August 14, 1959, passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 28, 2015 with her husband by her side.  She was a lifelong resident of Savannah, GA and was known for being a loving wife, mother and grandmother to her family.

She is preceded in death by her father, Walter Lanier, Sr. and granddaughter, Destiny Scott.  She is survived by her husband, Robert C. Gay, 3 sons, Christopher Dowd, Dustin Down and Justin Dowd Gay (Candice); 1 daughter, Brooke Gay (Austin); mother, Sara Mixon Lanier: grandchildren, Cuyler Dowd, Cheyenne Dowd and Colton Dowd; 2 brothers, Walter Lanier, Jr and Ricky Lanier; sister Jerry Hewitt.

A memorial service will be held at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors – Hodgson Chapel on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 3:00 PM.
